At Commonwealth CU, We Better Lives.
That’s our goal every day - whether it's helping our members with a savings or loan product, investments, or financial counseling, or it's helping our team members with a special project or everyday task. To do this, we’re looking for people with a passion to help others. It’s not about us, and those seeking individual glory probably won’t fit in. However, those willing to embrace a team environment will love it and thrive!

About The Team

Our Team 1 Culture is what makes us different from everyone else. It was created by our team members, for our team members, and it drives everything we do. It’s who we are and includes values like Trust and Integrity, Care and Recognition, Communication and Collaboration. These and other values are vital to the success of our members, our credit union, and our individual team members.

About Our Leaders

Our Team 1 Culture starts with our Leaders. We have the highest expectations of our leaders throughout the credit union as they Build Relationships with their team and achieve great results together. One of the main goals of every leader is to develop new leaders. We want each team member to grow and advance as far as their talent and commitment will take them. The success of the team is directly tied to the contributions of each team member, from our newest hire to our President/CEO.

Start the Ripple

What does that mean? Take a look at our logo. The big C is surrounded by ripples. We believe that when we make an impact, it will “ripple” out and continue to have a positive effect not only on our members but their families and communities. At the center of the ripple is our Team. We empower our team to “start the ripple.” By doing this, the impact will benefit the employee, their branch or department, the entire credit union, and our members.
