Find Your Home Sweet Home in 2021
The Welcome Home Program offers low to moderate-income homebuyers grants to help people fulfill their dream of homeownership. Thanks to this program, you may have access to up to $5,000, or $7,500 if you are an honorably discharged veteran, active duty military, reservist, or a surviving spouse of service personnel. Funds are available now and on a first come, first served basis. This program is designed to assist low to moderate-income buyers in achieving home ownership. Not all applicants will qualify.
Guidelines At-A-Glance
- Buyers must pay $500 of their own funds towards the purchase of the property
- The property must be used as the primary residence for the homebuyer
- Applicants don’t have to be first-time homebuyers to be eligible for the grant
- May be used in conjunction with other local, state, and federal funding sources.
