Manage your cards directly in the Commonwealth CU Go Mobile app with enhanced card controls - turn them on or off, receive more detailed alerts, activate new cards, manage your PIN, and even send a new card number straight to your digital wallet. You can set up alerts to let you know you have a secure message, that your contact info has been changed, when your credentials have been changed, when there is a login, and when a request has been made to reset your password.
If you wish to disable your Digital Banking or Mobile Banking enrollment, you may visit any of
our branch locations. You may also contact our office at 800.228.6420.

If you wish to close any of your accounts or your membership, you may visit any of our branch
locations. You may also contact our office at 800.228.6420. There may be a delay in closures if
there are pending transactions or a loan payoff is required.

Please keep in mind, we cannot fully delete your enrollment records and account records due to
legal and regulatory obligations for retaining member account information.
