The alerts that you had set up will not carry over. However, your upgraded digital banking platform has more customization to help you manage your account better than ever. Plus, it's simple to set them up!
All the great features you love from the Card Monitor + app have moved into the CCU Mobile Banking app. That means no more juggling between two apps—you’ll have everything you need in one convenient place! Now that the upgrade has occurred, the Card Monitor + app is retired, so please turn off any card control settings you’ve set up and delete the app from your devices.
Please note: Alerts from CCU Card Monitor + will no longer occur. However, if you have any of these card controls set up, you will need to manually turn them off before deleting the app:
- Decline online transactions
- Decline international transactions
- Decline ATM transactions
- Set transaction limit (All transactions at or above set amount will be declined)
