Celebrating Our Community: First Round of Celebration Paver Bricks Installed!
We are excited to announce that the first set of pavers for the Commonwealth Credit Union Celebration Paver Program have now been installed within the Bettering Lives Community Trail Seating Area! This marks a significant milestone as we honor the rich connections in our community, pay tribute to loved ones, and contribute to meaningful charitable causes.
The beautiful new pavers have transformed the space, each engraved with personal messages that reflect the stories, memories, and tributes to loved ones. Enjoying this space within the trail now feels like a journey into the heart of our community—celebrating those who have shaped our lives and supporting the charitable efforts that make our world a better place.
Still Time to Order Your Celebration Paver
If you missed the initial installation, don't worry! There's still time to order a custom paver and leave your mark. Up until December 1st, 2024, you can purchase a paver to commemorate a loved one or share a personal message. Each 4x8 brick can include three lines of text with two customization options:
- 15 characters per line with clip art
- 20 characters per line without clip art
In addition, the proceeds from each paver go directly to a charity of your choice, ensuring that this program continues to make a positive impact on the lives of those in need. You can choose from a variety of charitable organizations such as the American Heart Association, Make-A-Wish, Wounded Warriors Project, and more.
