Live Video Teller Now Available at Our Prestonsburg Branch Drive-Thru
We’re bringing convenience and personal service together with your new Live Video Teller!
A Live Video Teller is a virtual teller you can talk to through a screen. You can make deposits, withdraw money, transfer funds, pay loans, and ask account questions—just like you would inside the lobby, but without having to go inside. The tellers are real CCU team members, ready to virtually help!
Live Video Teller Hours of Operation
- Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM
Plus, when teller service isn’t available, the same machine functions as a 24/7 ATM for your everyday banking needs.
