Good news! We’re excited to announce that all of our branch ATMs are back up and running! We truly appreciate your patience while we worked with our vendor to get them back online. 

Live Video Tellers Coming Back Up!

Now that all of our ATMs are up, we are beginning to work with our vendor to restore our Live Video Tellers. While we’ve enjoyed seeing more of you in our branches, we know the convenience that our Live Video Tellers bring to the drive-thru. We don’t have a timeline from the vendor on when these will all be back online, but please know that it’s definitely a priority for us. Keep an eye on this page for updates!

ATM Refunds ended 10/09/2023 at 11:59 pm. If you incurred a fee during the downtime before this time, your fees will be reimbursed automatically.
Our vendor is currently experiencing technical issues, and our team is working diligently with them to resolve the issue. The outage was nationwide, so restoring service to everyone has and will take time.

At this time, our vendor is unable to provide a timeframe for when all machines will be back up in operation. As they become available, we will update provide updates.

We invite you to login to Digital Banking on either your mobile phone or desktop, where you can access your accounts and perform most transactions through our secure online and mobile banking platforms, including mobile check deposits.
