Accounts may only be opened between October 1 and October 31 each year. The dividend rate will be 1.00% above the dividend rate for the standard 12-month certificate in effect October 1. The rate will adjust annually on October 1. The maximum initial deposit is $1000. Additional deposits between $250 minimum and $1,000 maximum are permitted between October 1 and October 31 each year. Fees may reduce earnings on the account. A penalty will or may be imposed for early withdrawal. Limited to one account per youth member.
