Our Audio Response System ("Tellie") allows you to make transactions wherever you are 24 hours a day, every day from any "touch tone" phone.
Plus, you can call toll free, nationwide. It's easy, it's convenient, free and safe.
You can reach "Tellie" by calling 502.564.5463 or 800.435.5463. You must be signed up for "Tellie" service before you can access your accounts. Sign up with our "Tellie" application today.
You can perform the following transactions:
- Savings, Checking or Loan Balance inquiries
- Verify if a check has cleared
- Have a check sent to you from your savings or loan account
- Transfer funds from Checking to Savings
- Transfer funds from Savings to Checking
- Transfer funds from one of your Savings Accounts to another.
- Transfer funds from your account to another member's account
(you must have joint access to that account). - Look up account dividends paid to you this/last year
- Look up loan interest you paid this/last year
- Make loan payments from Savings or Checking
- Transfer Credit Card payments
- Place a Stop Payment on a check
- Change Access Code automatically

Audio Response System InstructionsUsing Commonwealth Credit Union's Audio Response Service ("Tellie") is simple.
After calling "Tellie," you will be prompted to enter your Access Code. This is the 4- or 5-digit Personal Identification Number that will be assigned to you when you register for this service. (You can use "Tellie" to change this Access Code at any time.)
Next, "Tellie" will ask you to enter a Service Code and press the pound (#) sign. These Service Codes are identified in the chart above.
If selecting an option that can apply to several of your accounts (such as an account balance inquiry and you have more than one account), you will be asked to enter your Share ID or Loan ID. This identifying information is located on your monthly statement.
For Dividend or Interest inquiries, you will be given the total amounts for all your Savings or Loan accounts.
For recent account activity inquiries (check clearances, withdrawals, etc.), responses will list the last 5 such transactions. You can then choose to hear additional transactions.
